Jose's hobbies were gardening and being in the outdoors. He loved take long walks and selling ice cream; he owned his very own ice cream. Jose enjoyed indulging in a cold beverage on a hot day.
He was a devoted father to three sons: Martin, Bernardo and Almando; three daughters: Maria de Rosario, Rosalba, and Angelica.; 22 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends. He will forever remain in their hearts.
