Joyce Ann Le’Viege Madison was born March 2,1946 to the parents of James and Margaret Le’Viege. Joyce was the eldest of three children. Joyce grew up, and attended school in the Los Angeles Unified School District, she attended and was Baptized at Mt. Gilead Baptist Church located in Los Angeles California.
After high school, Joyce married Ronald Moss. Through that marriage one child was born, Ronald Moss Jr. better known as Little Ronald, who preceded her in death. Joyce worked at Mattel Toys Company for several years. Mattel was one, of a few other jobs. Joyce worked as a cafeteria manager for many years before, going out on disability retirement. This disability turned into twenty-two years of health challenges which; Joyce refused to cave into. Joyce continued to be her bubbly self, never complaining about the pain that was reaping havoc against her body. In her spare time, she enjoyed cooking, and creating new dishes. She loved working on cross word puzzles and playing different game apps on her IPad. Her smile was infectious, and her laughter came easy. Joyce was truly an amazing person, she was a cheerful giver of advice, her time, and she would share with you, whatever she had. She treasured every gift, anyone would give her, it wasn’t the gift that mattered, it was the idea that someone thought about her.
On January 25,2020 the Lord called Joyce home, she had fought long and hard, and it was time for her to find comfort and rest.
