Joyce A Nichols, age 79, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 3, 2014 in Hemet, CA. Joyce was born on Saturday, April 13, 1935 to William and Margaret McLean in Long Beach, CA. She was a retail salesperson for about 20 years. Joyce enjoyed making dolls, crafting jewelry pieces, and going to yard sales and thrift stores searching for hidden treasures. She loved her sunflowers, owls, and hummingbirds. Joyce was a member of The Red Hat Society and an active member of 412 Church in San Jacinto, CA. Joyce is survived by her daughter, Kathy Jean Stickler; son, John (Beulah) Nichols; son, Michael Nichols; son, Jerry Nichols; son, Billy (Nancy) Nichols; grandchildren, Dawn, Angela, Wayne, Jesse, Johnny, Natasha, Carley, Audrea, Kelsie Jo, Rachael, Sarah, Jeramy; 12 great-grandchildren; and her sister Carol Williams. Joyce touched many lives and will be truly missed by all those who were honored to know her and who loved her. Entrusted to the care of McWane Family Funeral Home.
