Julius Gaston Henderson, 94 of Hemet, California passed away on Saturday, June 2, 2012. He was born on Saturday, November 17, 1917 in Iowa Park, Texas and married to the late Marjorie Henderson for 51 years, Julius was a welder for Standard Oil for over 55 years. He was a family man and loved to spend time with his grand children. Julius had a great sense of humor and enjoyed nature. He liked to take the kids to the beach and ride horses during the time in his life when he owned and boarded horses. His family describes him as a very caring, giving, family man that was not afraid of a hard days work. He was known to say " Settle down, now... Settle down now." Surviving are sons, Larry and Richard Henderson, of Hemet CA, daughter, Sherri (Henderson) Hurst and husband Raymond Hurst of Hemet, CA. 15 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
