

Justin Ivan Hagen, 36 of Hemet, California passed away on Wednesday, August 22, 2018, at Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles, California. He was born on Saturday, August 14, 1982, and was the son of Thomas Hagen and the late Kelly Adams Hagen. Justin loved spending time with his family, teaching Ivan new things, taking Ivan to the movies, BBQing, deep sea fishing, working on cars. He loved to go places like the Midway, Battleship Iowa, La Brea Tar Pits, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Aquarium of the Pacific, and he always walked away more knowledgeable. He was an avid collector with a wealth of knowledge specific to McCulloch chainsaws, owning more than 15, with bar lengths ranging from 12" to 4'. He had enough parts for them to open a repair shop. He was a very intelligent man, a sponge for learning new things. He enjoyed the History and Military channels. He was employed by Schilling Paradise, doing what he loved: teaching, learning, running heavy equipment, and being site foreman. Surviving is his son, Ivan James Hagen; father Thomas Hagen; sister, Whitney Hagen (Peter Roeleveld). A Memorial service will be at Miller-Jones Mortuary 1501 W Florida Ave, Hemet CA 92543 on September 8, 2018 at 10:00am
