

Larry Lee Rudenick, beloved husband, father and grandfather, entered into the presence of the Lord on Monday July 18th, 2022 in Hemet, California at age 76 following a long-term illness related to Agent Orange. He was born to Olive and Paul Rudenick on March 7th,1946 in Pine City, Minnesota where he was raised in a family with six siblings and attended the Lutheran Church. Larry enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1967 and served in Vietnam for which he was awarded the National Defense Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, and Bronze Star, as well as Combat Infantrymans, Marksmans, and machine gun Expert Badges. Larry was a hardworking man throughout his life, skillful and efficient at whatever job he undertook. He deeply loved his children, grandchildren, and devoted wife, Susan, whom he married in 1999.
Larry is remembered by his wife, Susan K Leonti Rudenick, siblings, Arnie Rudenick, sister-in-law, Judy Rudenick, Clarence Rudenick, and sister-in-law, Joan Rudenick, children, Jennifer and husband Luke Mead, Jason Rudenick, Ryan Bekefi, Amy and husband Chris Quest, grandchildren, McKayla Quest, Ashlynn Bekefi, Taylor Bekefi, Jacob Rudenick, Alexis Willard-Rudenick, Anthony Mead, Alyssa Mead, Joseph Mead, Haley Quest, Jaden Quest, Kristopher Quest, nephew Gary and wife Rae Thompson, God daughter Cherri Sykes, and other nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Olive and Paul Rudenick, siblings, Edward Rudenick, Lorraine Pillis, Marcella Thompson and Phyllis Rudenick.
Larry's love and generosity were beyond measure. He will be greatly missed.To honor him, a graveside service will be held on August 3, 2022 at Riverside National Cemetery.
