Lucy Raymond

Born Wednesday, December 19, 1945 in El Paso, Texas, she was the daughter of the late Silverio Juarez and the late Jennie (Ramirez) Juarez.

Lucy enjoyed dancing to Mexican favorites like El Noa Noa by her favorite Artist Juan Gabriel and to oldies but goodies music. She had a green thumb and enjoyed tending to her garden, and she had one of the most beautiful yards in the neighborhood. Lucy also enjoyed taking trips to Las Vegas to play the penny slots and going out to eat at Denny’s, Casa Jimenez and Taco Bell.

She was also a dog lover and adored her Chihuahua she affectionately called Baby. Lucy will be missed by her family and friends.

Surviving are daughters, Veronica Perez, Teresa Raymond and Ramona Raymond, brother, John Juarez, sisters, Maria Mata, Linda Vera, Margarita Duran and 8 grandchildren.

A reception will be held from 1-3 p.m. on Sunday, February 16, 2020 at the Miller-Jones Mortuary Ramona Room located at 1501 W. Florida Ave., Hemet, California.
