He was born on Monday, March 15, 1954 in El Paso, Texas, he was the son of the late Jose Vasquez and the late Isidora Valdiviez Vasquez.
He served as a PFC in the Army from 1972 until 1974.
Surviving are daughters, Melissa Fuentez of Ontario, CA and Mary Vasquez.
A Funeral service will be at 12:00 PM on Friday December 20, 2019 at Miller-Jones Moreno Valley located at 23618 Sunnymead Bl. Moreno Valley, California 92553. Interment will be in Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, CA.
