

Pearl Ruth, 91, formerly of Hemet, CA, passed away on June 15, 2016, in Anaheim Hills, CA, after a short illness. Pearl was a loving and devoted wife, mother, friend, daughter, grandmother, and great- grandmother and will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Pearl was born January 18, 1925, in San Diego, CA. She was the only daughter of Pearl Palazzo (Marshall) and Henry Marshall. She attended McClatchy High School in Sacramento, CA. After graduating high school, during WWII, she signed a contract and joined the Sonia Henie Ice Revue and traveled throughout the USA performing in many ice shows.
Later she met the love of her life, Leslie Ruth, at Baker Oil Tools. Pearl and Les were married 49 years before he preceded Pearl in death in December 2011. Pearl and Les traveled the USA and Canada in their RV. They also traveled extensively in Europe and especially enjoyed their 2 years living in Singapore. Pearl's son Kenneth Leibeck preceded her in death in July 2010.
Pearl always had a smile for everyone and was well-known for her love of jewelry and Swarovski Crystal. She loved telling stories of all her travels with family and friends.
Pearl is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Laurie and Gene; daughter-in-law, Jojo; step-children, Pam, Kandy and Rick. Pearl is also survived by grandchildren, Michelle, Shawn, Jennifer and Kyle; great- grandchildren, Katie, Cassidy, Courtney, Madison, Eros, Wishes and Oliver.
