Phillip Paul Miller, 74 of Mesa, Arizona passed away on Monday, October 22, 2012. Born Sunday, October 16, 1938 in Eaton, Indiana, he was the son of the late Paul Miller and the late Doris Tudor Miller. He served in the Navy from 1956 until 1962. Surviving are son, Mitchel Lance Miller of Los Gatos, CA.
