Richard Keith Brewer, 66, of Winchester, California, passed away on Monday, October 7, 2013, at his home. He was born Saturday, August 9, 1947, in Racine, Wisconsin; he was the son of Burton Brewer and Henrietta Christenson Brewer.
Richard is survived by his wife, Ae Cha Han Brewer; and his son, Steve Brewer.
Richard was a Veteran of Vietnam and served in the Navy for 23 years.
