Richard Pittman of Big Bear/Ontario, California passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2015, in his home at the age of 68. He was born on Friday, November 29, 1946 in San Bernardino, California to Theodore and Maxine Pittman. Rich is survived by his son, Jason (Claudia) Pittman, two daughters, Laura (Alex) Soto and Carol Moore, two brothers, Dave and Kelly Pittman, two sisters, Beth Collins and Bonnie Dunn (his twin), and 10 grandchildren.
Rich was a friendly, helpful, and generous man. In addition to being an avid golfer, Rich loved to read his bible each day and take trips to the river accompanied by his family. In his later life, he gave his life to the Lord and faithfully attended church every Sunday at Harvest Christian Fellowship. He also enjoyed spending time in Hawaii. One of Rich's greatest joys was eating spaghetti at Vince's. The smell of his favorite cologne will be ingrained in his families memory. He was a ladies man till the end. He was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by his family and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. It's not good bye, it's see you later.
