Richard Wade

Dick was born March 19, 1932 and passed away on March 24, 2011 in his Hemet home. Born in Richmond, IN., he grew up on the family farm. While attending Ohio State he enlisted in the US Navy and proudly served our country for 25 years. In 1954 he married the love of his life, Mimi. Together for over 50 years, they lived in Texas, New Jersey, Florida, Okinawa and California. After he retired from the Navy, he continued to serve his country while working for Lockheed Martin. He enjoyed bowling, old cars, golf, and camping. Dick belonged to Prince of Peace Luthern Church, Seven Hills RV and Golf Club, Gardena Valley Boat Club, the Owls, Sun Setters and volunteered at the local police department. He is survived by his three daughters, Debra Mason of Lake Almanor, CA., Karen Kennedy of Brea, CA., Deanna Ebel, Highlands Ranch, Co.: 9 grandchildren: Tiffany, Lisette, Christopher, Heather, Breanna, Chelsea, Jared, Lindsay and Ryan. 1great-grandchild: Hudson.; 1 sister, Julie Torrence of Cherry Valley, CA., 1 brother; Darrel Wade of Sarasota, Florida. He will be rememebered for the love and passion he had for life and his family. We love you and will miss you terribly until we are with you in Heaven.

Memorial Service will be held Monday March 28th at 10:00 am at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Hemet.

Graveside service will be held Monday April 11th at 10:00 am with military honors at Riverside National Cemetary
