He was born Friday, June 29, 1962 in Oxnard, California to the late James Albert and Carol Sincox. Ricky was a free spirit and strong willed. He enjoyed eating with “sizzler” being his favorite restaurant. Ricky was blessed with many friends and loved them all dearly. There was nothing he had that he would not give to another as his thoughtfulness was felt by those close to him.
Surviving is his sister, Linda Chapman, best friend, Mike and caregiver, Maralynn. .
