Rita was preceded in death by her devoted and loving husband in 2011.
She is survived by her dear children, Steve Richardson, Susan (Wes) Luhr, and Carole (Mike) Estes; four grandchildren, Sherry Vena, Shawna White, Joseph Estes, and Jeffrey Estes; and three great grandchildren.
Before becoming a member of St. Joseph’s, Rita was a member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in San Jacinto where she spent 9 years in Eucharistic Ministry at Mass and to the elderly.
She enjoyed her family and friends, loved writing poetry, oil painting, sending cards, and working crossword puzzles.
In lieu of flowers, Rita’s wishes were that donations be made in her name to: St. Joseph Mission Church, P.O. Box 1027, San Jacinto, CA 92581.
