Ronald Carl Elias was born on October 23, 1949 to the late Ralph Elias and the late Juliet Elias. Ronald passed away on Monday, March 12, 2012 at the age of 62. He was survived by his Two daughters, Candy Elias and Roxann Elias; Four Grand Children and two Great Grand Children as well as a host of other family and friends who will truly miss him.
