He was born on Monday, March 4, 1985 in Riverside, California and lived in Hemet. He is survived by his daughter, Haley Arias; his parents, Frank Jr. and Donna Ramirez; brothers, Adam, Oscar, Joseph, and Frank Ramirez, all of Hemet; and his sister Lisa Arias of West Virginia. He is preceded in death by his sister Amanda Arias. Services will be private.
