Stephen Bryant Agnew, 70 of Palm Springs, California died on Monday, September 17, 2012, in Palm Springs, California. He was born Thursday, February 12, 1942 in Davenport, Iowa. Stephen was an artist all is life. He could capture portraits, landscapes, and animals. When he was younger he submitted a drawing of Queen Elisabeth and the royal family sent him an acknowledgement. He liked the outdoors and enjoyed hunting, fishing. Stephen and his brother David really enjoyed Independence Iowa where they would hunt pheasants. Stephen was a collector of guns, rifles,swords,and pistols. He was a graduate from Des Moines Roosevelt HS,Duke University 1965, member and past president of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity at Drake University and member of the Inter Fraternity Counsel. His family describe him as caring and very friendly. He is survived by his brother David Agnew ( Diane) from Columbia Heights, MN and cousin Jim Klinger of Cedar Rapids, IA,
