Sybil Kate Carney, age 76 of Riverside, California went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, January 3, 2017. Born Monday, March 18, 1940 in Fayetteville, Arkansas, she was the daughter of the late Roland Rucks and Winnifred Jackson Rucks.
Sybil life's focus was the happiness of her family. Her creativity made everything beautiful. Her generosity of love and steadfast faith brought hope and life to us all.
Sybil is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, David Carney; her three children, Tim Carney, Leslie Burgess and Lisa Carney; Grandchildren, Emily, Elisha, Hannah, Velvet and Scarlet; Sisters, Charlotte Francis, Patricia Muncy and Kathleen Wood.
A funeral service will be at 12:15 PM on Wednesday, January 18th at the Riverside National Cemetery located at 22495 Van Buren Boulevard, Riverside, California.
