Tracy Annette Horton passed away at the age of 58, on Monday, August 3, 2020, in Riverside, California. She was born on Wednesday, May 16, 1962, in Cleburne, Texas, to Alvin Hughes and Irene (Singleton) Hughes.
Tracy married the love of her life and best friend, John Horton, on September 27, 1990, and were together since 1984. She was an amazing wife, mother and dedicated Nana. They were blessed with a beautiful daughter that would later make Tracy a grandmother. In her spare time, she enjoyed reading and spending time with family and friends. Tracy was a truly remarkable and loving woman. She had a heart of gold. She always helped others in need and would do anything for her family. She will be greatly missed by her friends and all who knew her.
Tracy is survived by the love of her life, John; her caring daughter, Jennifer Lattanzi; her adoring granddaughter, Aubree Lattanzi; and her siblings, Gene Hughes and Skip Hampton. Sister by choice (John’s sister), Celeste Nelson and extended family, whom she loved tremendously. She was preceded in death by her brother, Randy. Sister, Vicki, her Mother, Irene and Father Alvin
