Trava Bennett

Trava Bennett, 77 of San Jacinto, California passed away on Friday, December 27, 2019, at Hemet Valley Medical Center in Hemet, California. He was born to the late Reginald and Imogene Bennett of Jamaica on Wednesday, December 23, 1942. He was the husband to Amelda Bennett. Trava traveled to Jamaica and lived six months there and six months in San Jacinto. He was a very successful carpenter by trade for over 25 years. His passion was gardening and he would plant all sorts of vegetables and have really great crops. He loved to play his harmonica and guitar for family and friends. Trava had a big personality, very outgoing and was friendly to everyone. He had an infectious smile and a beautiful laugh. He will be missed by those that knew him and loved him. Surviving are sons, Anthony Bennett, George Bennett (Sandra), Trevor Bennett and Raymond Bennett, daughters, Sabrena Bennett ( Curtis ), Lilieth James-Bennett, Vanessa Kilvin and Karisha Bennett, brothers, Albert Bennett, Evan Bennett and Karl Bennett, sister, Delzie Bennett, many great and great great grandchildren. Services will be in the Jamaican Island and a date in January 2020.
