Virginia H. Sullivan, age 83, passed away peacefully on December 10, 2015 at her home in Sun City, California, surrounded by family members. Virginia was proceeded in death by her husband of 60 years Dennis T. Sullivan and is survived by her children, Dennis Jr, Patricia (Rory), Patrick (Paula); four grandchildren who she loved and cherished Erin, Christopher, Kyle and Karley and two great grand-daughters she adored Addison and Regan.
Virginia was a wonderful mother and loving wife who enjoyed travel and spending time with her family. She was a tremendous listener and loved to give advice to family and friends. Virginia loved to work in her yard and enjoyed the sunrise over her backyard. Virginia retired from the University of San Diego after 20 years of nursing. Virginia continued to care and comfort others as a visiting nurse after retirement.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Virginia Sullivan's name to Holy Family Hospice, 310 East Rowland Street, Covina Ca 91723.
