He was born Sunday, August 27, 1939 in Dunn, North Carolina, he was the son of the late Alan McNeill and the late Dorothy Blu McNeill.
"Bud" as he was known to family and friends enjoyed watching baseball and liked to play the numbers. His biggest love was his family. Even though he was a quiet man he always provided for his family and never asked for anything. He will be missed.
Surviving are daughters, Linda McNeill - Fields and Melahi McNeill.
