Ruth Arlene Rizor was born to Harry and Ruth Northover September 26, 1935 in Morrisdale PA. Ruth Arlene graduated from Washington High, PA in 1954. Preceding Ruth in death were her parents, sister’s Lillian Rizor and Cora Tennant. Ruth is survived by her husband Paul Rizor of Las Vegas NV, daughter Deborah Partida of Las Vegas NV, son Gary Watson of Washington PA with Wife Bette, son Jeffrey Watson of Starr ID with wife Kimberly and son Douglas Watson also of Las Vegas, NV with wife Cathy. Ruth enjoyed 10 Grandchildren and 10 Great Grandchildren. Ruth is also survived by 2 Step-sons Harry and Brian Rizor of PA. Ruth was very active in Eastern Star. Ruth was P.W. Matron of Chapter #242 Sharon PA and she was P.W. Matron of Sunrise Chapter #28 Henderson NV in 1997 and again 2003. Ruth was also a member of North Star 33 Past President of Emera Club and past President of Mavericks. Memorial Services at Palm Mortuary at 800 S Boulder Highway Henderson NV 89015 is scheduled for 19 April, 2014 at 1300.
