Carl C. Kwiatkowski better known as Wolfman was born in Chicago Nov. 30th 1951. He passed away on Oct. 24th2013 at the age of 61. He was a vibrant and exuberant man that always tried to make others happy. He is survived by his mother Rita and his daughter Natashia along with various other family members on his mothers side. Services will be held Tuesday Nov. 5th at 4:00 Pm at Palm Mortuary located at 800 S Boulder Hwy Henderson NV 89015.
