David Leslie Chase, age 81, of Henderson, Nevada passed away on Tuesday, September 22, 2020. David was born October 9, 1938 in Hartford, Connecticut.
He had a career as a photographer and was married to Janet "Jan" H. McClintock. They would have celebrated their 21st wedding anniversary 4 days after his passing.
