Harvey was born in Needles, California on May 21, 1954 to Rose Lee (O’Brien) Crowe and Alan Miller Crowe.
Harvey’s childhood years were filled with fond memories with his family, especially his siblings and cousins. He always looked forward to the annual reunions and getting together with everyone to reminisce and enjoy good company.
As a young man he served in the Navy on the Nimitz class aircraft carrier “Kitty Hawk”
Throughout his life Harvey continued to grow in his passion for this great nation and the freedoms it affords.
After the Navy, Harvey met and married Janeen (Seymour) Crowe. Together they have 3 children. Harvey loved his family and cherished his time with them and his grandchildren.
Harvey dedicated his life to service and was always helping others. As an expansively skilled tradesman it seemed there wasn’t anything that Harvey couldn’t fabricate or repair. His garage shop was as resourceful as he was. Harvey seemed to know how to do everything and he was good at it.
Harvey made friends with others easily and grew to love them as family. Often these friends were found as he fulfilled church callings. He found joy and peace in his faith. In his final days he was calm and accepting of the opportunity to continue his eternal journey on the other side.
Harvey was preceded in death by his father Alan and his brother Bruce. He is survived by his mother Rose, his wife Janeen, his children Brian (Jenn), Amber (Josh), Aaron (Kami), his grandchildren, brothers and extended family.
