Hugo S. Rydalch, age 78, of Boulder City, Nevada passed away on Saturday, February 10, 2024. He was born in Bell, California and was a proud veteran of the US Air Force. Hugo is survived by his wife, Debbie; daughter, Sara and her husband, Jason; son, Brandon; and his granddaughter, Morgan.
