James was born on October 08,1945, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
He graduated from Basic High School. He married Evaleene Hemsley on February 04,1962.
James had a career as an electrician for IBEW and had a passion for golf and Karaoke.
He is survived by his wife Evaleene, a sister, Carol Suvoski, and son James W. Garfield. His grandchildren James N. Garfield , Aaron W. Garfield and Leigh N. Garfield and 5 great grandchildren.
