John Quitman Robins, Jr. was born on May 26th, 1941 to Frances & John Q. Robins, in Tupelo, MS. John Q. Robins, Jr. was a decorated Marine of 30 years. He retired as a Master Gunnery Sergeant with honors. He served two tours of Vietnam and several tours at home and abroad. As a second career, he was a Golf Course Pro and Manager in Iwakuni, Japan for 14 years. He retired in Las Vegas, NV for the last 12 years. He truly enjoyed playing golf with his friends and associates. He leaves to carry on his memories, his wife of 50 years, Charlene Robins and children John Paul Robins of Pocatello, ID and Michelle Armstrong of Las Vegas, NV. In addition, he leaves to carry on his memories his brother, Carl Robins of GA, and sisters Shirley Robins of WI, Nina Jean Robins of KC, and Becky Parker of TX. His memory will live on through all his host of friends and relatives.
