Renate Ogle

Renate Ogle, age 79, of Henderson, Nevada passed away on Friday, August 7, 2020. Renate was born December 30, 1940 in Germany to her parents Konrad Fortsch and Babette (Holzer) Fortsch. Raised overseas, Renate relocated to the the United States where she would eventually meet her future husband Gerald Ogle, where he was stationed at Marine Corp Base, 29 Palms. On February 26, 1972 the couple would marry in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Renate was first and foremost, the wife of a Marine. She was a loving and devoted wife and mother whom cherished her family and supported her husband's long and distinguished career until he retired. Eventually the couple would settle in Nevada.

Renate was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband. She is survived by her son William C. Ogle.

Renate was laid to rest privately with her husband Gerald at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City, Nevada.
