Richard was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, best known for his gregarious personality, generosity, and sense of humor. After a 27-year career as a middle school math teacher, he and his wife, Veda, traveled the globe extensively, sharing a love of exploration and new experiences. In addition to his passion for travel, Richard loved Italian food and baseball, and was a lifelong Yankees fan.
He is survived by his wife, Veda; daughters Leanne, Susan, and Laura; son-in-law Chris; and granddaughters Allison and Madelyn. He will be remembered for his deep love for his family and will be missed by all who knew him.
