Ruth graduated from Nursing school and worked in the Neo-Natal unit. She was married to Willie Scott. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, crocheting. She was a Sunday school teacher and played the piano and organ for her church. While at a prison working playing the piano, she also did missionary work for Oak Forest Church. She had a passion for children, Girl Scout, teaching young people crafts and homemaking. She accepted the Lord Jesus Christ and was baptized in the name of Jesus and received the gift of the Holy Ghost and lived a “Saved” life.
She is survived by a host of a niece, nephew, and a host of friends
Visitation will be held at 10 am -12 pm on Wednesday November 25, 2015 at Palm Boulder Highway Mortuary & Cemetery, 800 South Boulder Highway Henderson, Nevada. Funeral Service will be held at 12 pm in the chapel. Interment Palm Boulder Highway Cemetery.
