Steve was preceded in death by his parents, JoAnn and William Risley. He is survived by his wife, Lelia; siblings: Joseph Risley and his wife, Cindy; and Bill Risley and his wife, Holly; and extended family: Robyn Isel and her husband; Daniel Register, Leilani Isel-Register, Lelia Isel and her husband, Todd Stahm; Mason Isel-Stahm, Lucas Isel-Stahm, Elijah Isel-Stahm, Jameson Risley and his wife, Sandy; Jaggar Risley, Alyssa Risley, David Belding, Bradley Belding and his wife, In; Bella Belding, Brinley Belding, Bonnie Belding and Eric Bowker.
