Tammy Lynne Marinovich, 48, a teaching assistant, of Henderson, passed away Tuesday, June 5, 2012. She was born Oct. 4, 1963 in Henderson, and was a lifetime resident of Nevada. She was preceded in death by her sister, Shirlee Schmidt. She is survived by her daughter, Amanda (Joshua) Van Hoose; mother, Mary Schmidt; father, Robert "Bruce" Mawson; stepfather, Richard Schmidt; stepmother, Sandra Mawson; and brother, David Schmidt, all of Henderson; sister, Marlene Littlefield of Newman, Ga.; and two grandchildren. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m., Thursday, June 14, at Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. There will be a second visitation 9-10 a.m., Friday, June 15, at Water St. Relief Society Room, with services following at Water St. LDS Chapel, 400 Water St., Henderson. Burial will be at Palm Memorial Park.
