Thomas A. Jasperson

Thomas Alan Jasperson; a loving husband, father, and aircraft mechanic; passed away on Monday, April 15, 2024 at the age of 70. Tom was born on April 23,1953, in Edinburg, Texas, to his parents: Theodore Edwin Jasperson Jr. and Neva Zoe Dyess Jasperson.

Tom retired in 2017 after a successful 46-year career as an aircraft mechanic. He and his wife, Dawn spent 25 years living in Henderson, Nevada, after previously residing in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Anchorage, Alaska.

Tom had a passion for life and enjoyed many hobbies, including cooking, boating, fishing, and traveling in his motorhome. He was known for his mischievous spirit and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Tom is survived by his wife of 34 years, Dawn Jasperson; two sons: Ian Jasperson (Megan) and Darin Jasperson; five siblings: Jim Jasperson (Judy), Suzy Jasperson Venne, Jana Jasperson Geesin (David), Karyn Jasperson Minchew (Kris), and Shelley Jasperson McNallen (Dean). Tom was preceded in death by his parents: Ted and Neva Jasperson; and his son, Tory Jasperson.

A private memorial of Tom's life will be held at a date to be determined. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to ProCare Hospice of Nevada, 8025 Amigo Street, Las Vegas, Nevada 89123
