Felix is survived by his spouse, Carlota Consuelo Pastor; his daughter Carla Moreno (Rodolfo Moreno); his daughter Rosa Pastor; and his son Felix Pastor; his grandson Cesar Moreno (Mariana Cerullo), his granddaughter Cristina Moreno (Michael Michellangeli), his granddaughter Carol Moreno (Juancarlo Rodriguez) and his granddaughter Andrea Dominguez.
A visitation for Felix will be held Sunday, November 19, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Caballero Rivero Hialeah, 373 W 9 Street, Hialeah, FL 33010. A rosary service will occur Sunday, November 19, 2023 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 373 W 9 Street, Hialeah, FL 33010. A prayer service will occur Sunday, November 19, 2023 from 8:00 PM to 8:30 PM, 373 W 9 Street, Hialeah, FL 33010.
