Juan Antonio Diaz

Juan Antonio Diaz passed away on May 16, 2025 in Plantation, Florida. Born in North Miami, Florida, he is finally resting after decades of battling diabetes.

He was a great listener and confidant. I have been overwhelmed with the great stories I’ve heard about him but I am not surprised. He took his job as a Security Guard seriously on and off the clock, wanting to make you feel safe and protected; your own personal Batman. 😉

Juan is preceded in passing by his parents Antonio “Tony” Diaz and Emiliana “Emy” Morales. He is survived by siblings: Amy Diaz, Anita Roman, Joseph Diaz, Katherine Diaz and Jason Diaz. He was also a father to Jasmine East.

A Celebration of Life will be held on:

Friday, June 6th, 2025, from 9:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. at Caballero Rivero Hialeah Funeral Home, 373 West 9 Street, Hialeah, Florida, 33010. Following the Visitation, there will be a committal service at 1:30 P.M. at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Cemetery, 11411 N.W. 25 Street, Doral, Florida, 33172.

His memory will live on in the lives of those he touched, certainly in mine.
