Yolanda G. Rodriguez

Yolanda Rodriguez, 91, of Hialeah passed away Sunday, August 23, 2020. She was born to Horacio and Zoila Gomez on November 27, 1928 in Holguin, Cuba. She married Jose Ramon Rodriguez on May 25, 1946 in Holguin, Cuba. They were happily married for 52 years. He preceded her in death.

Survivors include her son Joseph Rodriguez and daughter-in-law Ginger Rodriguez, her grandchildren Joey (Kim) Rodriguez of Virginia Beach, VA and Jennifer (Carlos) Martinez of Palm City, FL, great-grandchildren Nick, Courtney, and Adam Rodriguez and Sydney, Zachary, Matthew, and Michael Martinez, a great, great grandson, Logan Rodriguez. She also leaves behind her sisters Sahara Catalina Gomez and Berta Gomez, along with several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and four brothers, Horacio, Alberto, Alfredo, and Arturo.

A visitation for Yolanda will be held on Thursday September 3, 2020 from 11:00am to 1:30pm at Caballero Rivero Hialeah, 373 W 9th Street, Hialeah, Fl 33010. Following the visitation will be a committal service from 2:00 to 2:30 pm at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Cemetery, 11411 NW 25th St. Doral, FL 33172.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that you donate to a charity of your choice in the name of Yolanda.
