Albert Paul Pruitt, 90 of Lincolnton, NC went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 3rd, 2025, at his residence surrounded by his loved ones.
Born on January 26th, 1935, in Transylvania County, NC, Albert was the son of the late Bob and Agnes M. Murray Pruitt. Albert had a passion for music and loved to play the guitar, as well as singing and tap dancing. He also loved to go fishing with his family and friends. He was loved by his family and will be dearly missed.
Those left to cherish his memory include his 2 sons, Paul Pruitt and Tony Pruitt and wife, Patricia; 3 daughters, Wanda Pruitt, Jenny Pruitt and Tammy Pruitt, as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, as well as his girlfriend of 12 years, Pam Gibson.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Catawba Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 7th, 2025, at 11:00 am. Albert will be laid to rest following the service at Catawba Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends prior to the service from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of your choice in Albert’s name.
