Conover – Brian Magana-Lemus, 19 of Conover, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 in Mesquite, TX.
Born on May 5, 2001 in Catawba County, he was the son of Manuel Magana Zavala and Maria Socorro Lemus. Brian loved sports cars, racing and working. He was a great son, brother and uncle who brought a smile to everyone around him.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Mariano Magana, Consuelo Zavala, Moises Lemus.
Survivors include, his parents, Manuel Magana Zavala and Maria Socorro Lemus; a brother, Manuel Magana, Jr; a sister, Vanessa Magana; 4 nephews, Manuel Magana, III, Paul Magana, Remy Deluna, Patrick Magana; 2 nieces, Sophia Deluna and Amelia Magana.
A Celebration of Life service will be held Wednesday, March 31 2021 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Lenoir, NC, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am with Father Noe officiating.

The family will receive friends at Catawba Funeral Home from 11:00am to 12:45pm on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 after the church service. Burial will follow the visitation at Catawba Memorial Park.
