Born January 17, 1961 in Okaloosa County FL, he was the son of Robert Allen Houston and Doris Eckard Houston.
In addition to his parents, Charles is survived by his son, Dylan Allen Houston and wife Melissa of Arizona; daughter, Alexandria Hurd of Hickory; and sister, Lori Houston Isenhour and husband Vince of Arkansas.
A memorial service will be held at a later date at St. Andrews Lutheran Church with Rev. Richard Fritz officiating.
