Fred David Eckard, age 85 passed away on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 at Catawba Valley Living at Rock Barn in Claremont. Fred was born in Caldwell County, on December 26, 1939, to the late Lloyd and Rosie Pope Eckard.
A graveside service for Fred will be held Saturday, July 26, 2025 at 12:00 PM at Fairview Cemetery, Hickory, North Carolina, followed by a burial.
