Helen Kathleen Lockman Boisvert, 81, of Hickory, NC, passed away Tuesday, August 15, 2017, at Kingston Residence of Hickory. Born on June 18, 1936 in Iredell County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Wade Lockman and Hazel Christopher Lockman. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Boisvert. Mrs. Boisvert is survived by her three daughters, Peggy “Jane” Fox of Stuart, FL, Kim L. Fox of Mooresville, NC, and Lesia Fox Stegall of Terrell, NC; two brothers, David Lockman (Laura Jane) of Statesville, NC and Ray Lockman (Lorene) of Belmont, NC; a sister, June Lockman of Kinston, NC; and two grandchildren Casey and Amy Stegall. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, August 19, 2017 11:00 am at Rehobeth United Methodist Church, 9297 Sherrills Ford Rd. Terrell, NC. With Reverend Robert L. Kerr officiating; visitation will follow service. In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Catawba County Hospice at 3975 Robinson Rd. Newton, NC 28658.
