John “Tommy” Falcone, lived his life fully until the age of 70. On April 5, 2019 in the early morning hours, our loved passed away quietly in his home with family at his side. Tommy was born in Catawba County on February 10th, 1949 to the late John Joseph & Mabel Pauline (Miller) Falcone.
There are so many things we could say about Tommy, so we have narrowed it down to just a few words. He was loving and cared about others. He was adventurous because of his love of traveling and frequent visits to the beach and he was talented. He made his living designing and installing stained glass. It brings us comfort knowing that many of his pieces can be found in churches and businesses throughout Catawba County.
Left to cherish his memories is his loving wife of 40 years, Cynthia (Glasco) Falcone; two sisters, Darlene and her husband Mark Brown, Tammy and her husband David; son, Sean Falcone; brother, Stevie Falcone; nieces, Mindy and Holly Bolick and two nephews, Curtis Brown and Cody Rink.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 11th, from 10 o’clock to 10:45 am at Drum Funeral Home, 940 29th Avenue NE, Hickory, NC. 828-267-5740.
