This man helped me through many dark times. I made some poor decisions, but he was there to help me get through them. He picked up my children after school every day and took them to his home where he and Sue fed and took care of them until I got home work. He was a great father figure with an abundance of integrity and love. I will love him forever and miss him deeply. Thank you Jesus for this wonderful Brother.

We had a fire in our home on Christmas Eve 1991. As our home filled with smoke, my mom did not tell me to call 911 she said in a panicked voice, "CALL MICHAEL"!
I did. Uncle Mike told me to call 911 yet beat the fire trucks to us.
How lucky were we! I could not be more grateful or more proud to be your niece.
He is my uncle, my god-father and my example of a purpose-filled life. If I can love and serve others half as much as he did my life will be a true success. I love you but I will see you again on down the road.
