True Her

True Her of Hickory, NC went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 25th, 2024 at Frye Regional Medical Center surrounded by his friends and family.

Born on November 6th, 1968 in Laos, True was the son of Bla Lue Her and Nou Moua.

True is preceded in death by, his father, Bla Lue Her; a nephew, Pheng Her; a sister-in-law, Zang Thao.

Those left to cherish his memory include, his wife of 33 years, Her Mee Yang; her children, Betty Her, Vauv Seng Lee (son-in-law), Caleb Prince Lee, Emily Grace Lee, Ellis True Her, Nyab Sunlight Khaonu Chang (daughter-in-law), Ploys Her, Vauv Peter Lee (son-in-law), Nicholas Cage Lee, Naiomi Heidi Lee, Ungelie Tang Her, Jeramiah Her.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Catawba Funeral Home on Saturday and Sunday, March 23rd and 24th. He will be laid to rest at Catawba Memorial Park after Sunday’s service.

Saturday, March 23rd service times: 8:00 am to 10:00 am - Family time

10:00 am to 12:00 pm – Service

3:00 pm to 4:00 pm – Family time

4:00 pm to 6:00 pm – Service

Sunday, March 24th service times: 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm – Service

2:00 pm - Burial
