I am very sad to hear of Don's passing. I met him in 1989 when he came over to Paris for a month to help get started the European subsidiary of Biodex that I worked for at that time. We had stayed in contact for many years and met in NY several times when my husband and I came over for holidays  until we finally lost sight of each other.
My deep sympathy goes to his wife and family.

It sadden me to hear of Don's passing.  I believe we were coworkers.  The Don that I know worked as a Field Engineer responsible for repairing Medical equipment for a company based out of Shirley,NY.

So very sorry to hear of this gentle spirits’ passing. I have great memories from our time well spent with BOCES Outdoor Ed. You will be missed. Heartfelt condolences to the Fortgang family. 

I worked with Donald at Nassau Boces and will always remember his sweet gentle spirit.  How he loved plants and joyfully gave me a white butterfly  bush that he grew. I was truly happy to know he had been blessed to find a beautiful  loving wife and have children . You could feel how happy he was.   My heart aches to hear of his passing. May we always remember his loving nature.  A  true gentleman. May his family be enfolded in love and strength at this time. 

Donald was such a loving Family Man! He enjoyed being with his family so much. I always admired that about Him dearly. Donald will be missed so much by His family but will always be in a hearts. He is the Love of My Sister’s life and will always be a Hero to His Children. My prayers and love go out to the FortGang Family. 

Donald will always be remembered as a wonderful charismatic man who loved his family with everything he had! He will be forever missed but never forgotten. Love & Prayers to all! ♥️
