Julia Avila passed away on January 21, 2016. She will be greatly missed. Julia is survived by her loving children James and Maria. She is also survived by her loving granddaughter Katrina. The family will receive friends on Tuesday Jan. 26th at the Vernon C. Wagner fh 125 W. Old Country Rd. Hicksville between the hours of 7-9PM. a funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday Jan. 27th at St. Pius V Catholic Church in Oyster Bay Cove. Interment will follow at St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale. The would prefer donations to Plainview-Old Bethpage Cares, Manetto Hill Rd. Plainview, NY 11803 in her memory.
