Beloved husband of Manna Chen. Loving brother of Joanne Louise ( Lee ) Wagner (Phillip Wagner) and Terence Matthew Lee (Martha Lee); Cherished uncle of Phillip Wagner, Elizabeth Wagner, Joseph Wagner, Matthew Lee and Melissa Lee.
Michael was preceded in death by his father Joseph Philip Lee and his mother Anne Louise (Parlapiano) Lee.
Michael grew up in Levittown, NY and graduated from Division Avenue High School. He joined the US Army and served in active and reserve duty for 18 years. He was a valued Logistics Officer who went to US Army officer Training and achieved the rank of Captain Lee. He was a proud Army Veteran. Michael was a self-taught Computer Engineer who was able to assist with any computer language. If he didn’t know it, he had a book on it as evidenced by the 100+ computer books he left behind.
Michael will be lovingly remembered by his nieces and nephews as Uncle Mikey, who adored him.
Michael was cremated in accordance with his wishes. His family will have a memorial service at a later date. His ashes will be interred at Holy Rood Cemetery where he will rest with his maternal grandparents and Aunt Eleanor.
